Military Sentience
Military and security forces were the first organizations to fully appreciate the import of sentient technologies. Representative projects include:
- LANCER©, recently delivered to USAF, will replace the aging IBM/TATTLER© system. LANCER© was cited by GAO as one of the best managed contractor operations of 2007.
- HAMILTON© will coordinate DOD/ATF efforts to monitor the spread of NBC technologies among civilian populations.
- MOORE©, a second generation solution, will be utilized by JCS to monitor WMD stocks.
- FORESITE©, the first fully implemented fourth generation sentient solution, will be delivered to a NASA/DOD working group in January of 2009.
- FORESITE© is expected to have a working life in excess of twenty years, and will coordinate global efforts to monitor the outer solar system.
- FORESITE© will integrate the FARSAT© network with multiple ground based presences; a set of proprietary technologies will eliminate the aberrations often associated with multinodal installations.
